Question about Resting Heart Rate (RHR). I use Heart Rate Reserve (HRR) to set my training zones and, currently, my RHR is determined by my watch which takes my lowest HR for the day and that usually when I asleep. My question is: should I be using a different RHR as in, my heart rate when I wake up first thing in the morning? I pretty sure there a difference between the two.

Facing one such challenge from an “activist investor” backed by four hedge funds, General Motors on Monday announced that it would buy back $5 billion of its shares, thereby raising the value of the remaining shares and enriching those investors as a reward for their hard work instilling fear in GM’s managers. As for GM’s assembly line workers, their contract is up for renegotiation this year, and their union hopes to eliminate or at least diminish the two tier pay system instituted during the auto bailout, under which every worker hired since 2009 can make no more than two thirds of what veteran workers make, no matter how long those newer hires work at GM. But with the overall rate of unionization so low, GM’s workers don’t have the leverage that one “activist investor” has, though they make the cars while the investor makes threats..

Besides laundromats and parking meters, toll road plazas are some of the only modern institutions in which you often need to have exact change on hand. Of course, not all toll roads require you to dump just the right coinage into the giant metal funnel on the side of the tollbooth before continuing on your journey, but when you encounter one unexpectedly, it can be stressful. Why, in a country where taxation has been relatively streamlined, do toll road travelers so often find themselves grubbing around between their car seats for loose change like people who don’t live in the 21st century? What happens if you don’t have the correct change?.

These simple little lights can pull double duty. The Inflatable Santa Clause Head or the Inflatable Snowman Head slips over a solar light post. When the light comes on it illuminates the Santa Claus Head. I don know about Amazon, but Walmart sells a product called “Slumber Mattress in a Box” for $100 for a twin. When I was in a similar position I purchased one and frankly for the first year it was the best mattress I ever slept on. It was so good that I ended up moving it (even though I hadn planned to move it that why I gone with something cheap).

There are several issues facing the tourism industry in general, and in Seoul in particular. First, in terms of economic factors, demand for tourism is highly income elastic, meaning that when income increases, people tend to travel more, and when income decreases, people will cut down on their travel budget (Li, Li, Hudson, 2013). As estimated by the International Monetary Fund, in 2017, although the world economy shows signs of continued growth, the rate of growth would remain very modest, hovering around a meager growth rate of only 2.7% (Global Economic Prospects: Weak Investment in Uncertain Times, 2017).
