I have neglected my squat for a long time (as in, not doing them at all) and recently started to get into it, but I struggling to get my form down. Here a video of my squat(high bar) I using a mat to elevate my heels which helps a little bit, but not enough. As you can see the bar drifts forward in my descent, which i believe is to prevent myself from falling backwards.
